Larry Peltier is our Senior Pastor. He received his Master of Divinity degree from the Graduate School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University. Pastor Larry came to El Camino Christian Fellowship in 1995 following nearly 20 years of ministering at Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego.
His ministries at Horizon included 12 years as both Director of the Horizon School of Evangelism and Director of Missions. Pastor Larry also served on the International Evangelism Team organizing Schools of Evangelism and Festivals of Life in many different foreign countries. Previous to his coming to El Camino, Larry pastored Horizon Park Chapel in downtown San Diego for 2 1/2 years.
He has standing ordinations in both Horizon International Ministries and in the Wesleyan Church, where he serves on the Board of Administration for the Pacific Southwest District. Pastor Larry has been the Board Chairman for other ministries such as The Most Excellent Way and Care House Life Ministries. He has been married for over 40 years to Holly. He has three children and six grandchildren.
